Xin is an electrician worth 10 Stars! He is very good and also very honest. He explains what is wrong electrically. Xin is kind and considerate and arrived wearing a mask, important during Covid. He was punctual and very professional. He is honest in his pricing. Best electrician I have ever had.

Mr Xir Huang, electricain/owner of Pro Electrician Company did a wonderful job of reinstalling the new wiring in our 3-unit rental house. He was most patient in explaining to all of our tenants the electrical process involved which then made all them feel comfortably safe from then on. I highly recommend the Pro Electric Company to all who may need such a professional work. I really got my money's worth. Thank you.

I called them to do an estimate/check out my apartment to see what my options were for a circuit breaker that kept tripping. A repairman named Xin came on time and was very informative and clear what my options were. Also was very upfront about my options which I appreciated. Unfortunately my situation meant that I wouldn't be able to employ their services, however Xin was still very friendly and professional and ended up answering all my questions. I even had a last minute question that only occurred to me after he left, I called and he even answered my question after he had left, which was greatly appreciated. When circumstances change, I will absolutely reach out to this company again, even specifically the same repairman hopefully, and employ their services. In the meantime, I'll also recommend to anyone who is looking for electrical work to check out this company too!

I'm a property manager for a condominium in town and required some electrical services for our common area since lights/power was not available to our sauna. I received a quote to repair from a different company stating that the fuse in the breaker panel was no good (Expensive Repair). Well I looked through Yelp and Google to get a 2nd and third quote as that's our protocol and came across Pro Electrician Honolulu. The electrician that stopped by to propose a quote advised that the solution was much simpler than what I was originally diagnosed. He advised that he would be able to resolve the issue in less than an hour. Since the price was within my allotted spending limit I advised him to proceed; ultimately saving the property a decent amount of money. A lot of companies pride themselves on integrity but only a few live up to their own so called standards. Mahalo for being honest, having integrity and setting the bar for others to benchmark against. A rolling nickel is better than a one time dime and Spencer I will be a rolling nickel from here on out. Xin was very kind,honest and hardworking. If you're looking for a great electrician that goes ABOVE AND BEYOND XIN is your guy. He fixed our firealarm, the lights in two of our bathrooms and even was able to check out out outside lights as well. Xin was more than willing to look at all of the things I needed done although I originally wanted just the fire alarm changed. I figured I would ask Xin if he could fix the lights in the house he did with out hesitation and did more than outsanding work! Quality work and great pricing!! Thank you Xin!!
